If agreeing with a lying, womanizing, low-intelligence, un-American, convicted criminal on all things, is a measure of those three evil men, then they win the competition as worst in American history.
They rank below Roger Taney and James McReynolds, who most often occupy the bottom two positions, though for very different reasons.
McReynolds is condemned because of both his jurisprudence and his notorious personal prejudice and behavior. Taney is condemned primarily because of the enormous historical consequences of Dred Scott.
Samuel Alito, Neil Gorsuch and Clarence Thomas will be remembered for their slavish obedience to America’s worst President.
The Nazi Party (National Socialist German Workers’ Party) and the Communist Party of the Soviet Union under the rule of Joseph Stalin. are infamous for being the worst political parties in history, soon to be joined by the current Republican Puppet Party.
History long will remember these Justices and this Republican party as horrible examples, just as Hitler and the Nazis still are reviled 80 years after they were gone.

So this author believes that what makes an American is simply being born here? This clearly means if a homeless woman had a baby in the author’s living room after breaking in, that baby is now a member of the author’s household.
My family has lived in the American territory for over 300 years, since before America was a country- BOTH SIDES. The signers of the Declaration were overwhelmingly Christian and all were white men. The reason this country worked so well was shared values and a respect for the law. Illegal fence jumpers who have no regard for our laws already broke the law, and this author thinks criminals should be rewarded with free housing and food at taxpayer expense. Absolutely jawdropping.
“Subject to the jurisdiction thereof” is clear. If you are subject to the jurisdiction of any other country, you are not subject to our laws. Period. A blind man could see this.
The justices who dissented were CORRECT to do so. It’s clear you hate Trump but he is correct here. If Trump wanted to cure cancer, this author would be Team Cancer. That is not a logical position, it is a mental illness.
If you hate this country, leave it instead of trying to ruin it for those of us whose families literally built it.

If not, what exactly was your point? Someone might believe you are a white man pretending to be Christian.
Here are Jesus’s words: ““For I was hungry and you gave me something to eat, I was thirsty and you gave me something to drink, I was a stranger and you invited me in… Truly I tell you, whatever you did for one of the least of these brothers and sisters of mine, you did for me” (Matthew 25:35, 40)
Is Jesus Christian enough for you?
And you said, “The reason this country worked so well was shared values and a respect for the law.” When you said “worked so well” are you referring to slavery? Or perhaps the internment of Japanese Americans during WWII? Or possibly the ongoing bigotry against Jews and other minorities.
Is bigotry what you mean by “worked so well”?
And you said, “Illegal fence jumpers who have no regard for our laws.” Are you aware that undocumented immigrants have a much lower rate of crime than born-here, white Americans?
And by the way, they pay taxes, but can’t get Medicare or Social Security benefits for their taxes? Did you know that? I submit that they are better Americans than are MAGAs, who fundamental mood is hatred for anyone not part of the Trump cult.

Your childish “love it or leave it” are the typical words expected from people who like Trump’s pardons of the criminals he sent to attack Congress on Jan 6th, his hatred of blacks and other minorities, his rapes of underage girls (Why else would he fight so hard to hide the Epstein papers while rewarding the woman who aided Epstein?)

PS- Jesus also said “be as wise as serpents but as harmless as doves.” Be kind, sure, but letting people take advantage of your kindness is wrong. I don’t have health insurance despite working, but people who jump the fence get it for free? That is not fair, and you know it.
