“We don’t rely on American banks. We have all the funding we need out of Russia. We’ve got some guys that really, really love golf, and they’re really invested in our programs. We just go there all the time.”
See it’s like this. “Some guys” gave Trump hundreds of millions of dollars because they “really, really love golf.” They don’t expect anything from Trump, who now can’t pay them back. But it’s all OK, because they really, really love golf.
Hey, what’s wrong with the President of the United States being deeply in debt to one of our most dangerous enemies?

So my questions are, why not rely on US banks, and why Russian banks?? They all must have a defective gene for giving you a straight answer.
He should have stayed under cover in the private sector to work his bull****. Now he’s going to be endlessly investigated by the Feds: the price of vanity.

And, of course, the answer is: No U.S. bank will lend to him.
I don’t know what your credit score is, but I feel sure you can borrow more from a U.S. bank than can Donald Trump.
